DIGITAL BILL PROMOTIONS LLC — WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT

Welcome! We’re thrilled to work with you. By using or ordering any of our web services—including development, hosting, design, CMS setup, e-commerce, SEO, or maintenance—you agree to the following terms:


1. Introduction

1.1 Purpose: DBP provides professional web development services for individuals, startups, and businesses: from custom site builds and CMS integration to performance optimization and digital support.
1.2 Legal Agreement: Accessing or ordering our services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using our services.


2. Service Requests & Delivery

  • When you order services, we may collect information—such as website scope, tech platforms, or branding details—to deliver the best outcome.

  • Typical turnaround is 1–2 business days for small-scale tasks (e.g. landing page, minor fixes). Larger projects (e.g. full websites, e-commerce builds) follow mutually agreed timelines.

  • Emergency support is available on request.


3. Estimates & Payment

3.1 Flexible Pricing

  • Each project is evaluated to give you a clear quote—pricing may vary by scope and complexity.
    3.2 Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be due before service begins. We accept credit/debit cards, online payments, or cash (if applicable).

  • Invoices specify work, revisions, and any third-party costs.
    3.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled work. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Landing Pages & Redesigns: engaging campaigns or modern refresh.

  • Performance Optimization & SEO Setup: speed, UX, visibility improvements.

  • Hourly Custom Development: API integrations, custom scripts, fixes, and enhancements.

  • Maintenance Packages: backups, updates, security monitoring, and content edits.


5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service—delays may occur due to holidays, emergencies, or third-party issues.

  • DBP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is capped at $1,000, to the fullest extent allowed by law.


6. Refunds & Corrections

  • Refunds or revisions may be offered if:

    • A service isn’t delivered due to our fault.

    • Work is visibly defective or doesn’t match specifications (must be reported within 7 days).

  • Refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method after approval.

  • Claims may be denied if there’s misuse, false claims, or non-cooperation.


7. Privacy & Data Security

  • Customer information, project materials, and login credentials are stored securely and never sold or shared.

  • We strictly adhere to privacy standards and ensure your data is handled with care.


8. Children Policy

  • Services are intended for customers aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Any such data will be promptly deleted.


9. Prohibited Uses

  • Do not use our services to distribute malicious content, infringe on IP rights, misrepresent identity, or aid illegal activity. Violations may lead to service termination and legal action.


10. Intellectual Property

  • All deliverables, documentation, designs, and source code remain DBP property until full payment is made. Unauthorized distribution or resale is prohibited.


11. Third‑Party Links

  • Our site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for third-party content accuracy or practices.


12. Indemnification

  • You agree to defend and hold harmless DBP, its employees, and partners against claims arising from your use or misuse of our services.


13. Modifications to These Terms
