3.2 Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required prior to service commencement.

3.3 Cancellation Policy

5. Liability & Disclaimers

We strive for the highest quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events.

DSS is not responsible for delays caused by customer inaccessibility, third-party equipment, or incorrect service requests.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, DSS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed $1,000 in any case.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If a technician fails to arrive due to our fault.

  • Unsatisfactory Work: With valid reason and upon internal review, we may offer a refund or correction at no additional cost.

  • Service Not As Described: Requires documented evidence and must be reported within 7 days.

We reserve the right to deny refunds due to misuse, false claims, or lack of cooperation.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of approval and returned via original payment method.

Your personal and property information is kept secure and confidential. We do not sell or misuse client data and follow strict data security protocols.

8. Children Policy
